Piraeus to forgo Jan. 27 dividend payment on €200 million preferreds

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 15 – Piraeus Group Capital Ltd. will not declare and will not pay the Jan. 27 non-cumulative preferred dividend on its €200 million of series A floating-rate non-cumulative guaranteed non-voting preferred securities, according to a news release.

The securities carry a subordinated guarantee from Piraeus Bank SA.

Piraeus Bank is a financial services company based in Athens.
