Fitch rates Piotrkow Trybunalski BBB-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Poland's city of Piotrkow Trybunalski a national long-term rating of BBB-.

The outlook is stable.

The rating reflects growing operating revenue, low indirect debt, a lack of financial risk stemming from the health care sector and limited municipal company debt, Fitch said.

The rating also considers the city's weak operating performance and debt protection ratios, low self-financing capacity and an expected increase of debt, the agency said.
