Pinnacle Entertainment to start roadshow Tuesday for $200 million eight-year notes

St. Louis, Feb. 23 - Pinnacle Entertainment Inc. will start a three-day roadshow Tuesday for a $200 million offering of eight-year senior subordinated notes (existing ratings Caa1/CCC+), a syndicate source said.
The deal is expected to price on Thursday or Friday.
Lehman Brothers and Bear Stearns & Co. are joint bookrunners on the Rule 144A/Regulation S offering. Deutsche Bank Securities, SG Cowen, Hibernia and UBS Investment Bank are co-managers.
The notes will come with four years of call protection.
Proceeds will be used to take out a portion of the company's 9¼% senior subordinated notes due 2007.
Pinnacle Entertainment is a Las Vegas-based gaming company.
