New York, March 15 - Pinetree Capital Ltd. said it competed a C$32,000,400 private placement.

The company issued 3,555,600 shares at C$9.00 each to a group of investors led by Sprott Asset Management Inc.

Toronto-based Pinetree is an investment, financial advisory and merchant banking firm.
