Pine Cliff plans C$15 million private placement of shares

Des Moines, July 5 - Pine Cliff Energy Ltd. intends to raise C$15 million from a private placement of shares.

RBC Capital Markets will lead a syndicate of agents.

The terms of the placement have not been determined.

Settlement is expected on Aug. 3.

Proceeds will be used for exploration and development, acquisitions and farm-in commitments, and general corporate purposes.

Pine Cliff is an oil and natural gas exploration and development company based in Calgary, Alta.
