Industrial Development Authority of Pima County, Ariz., to sell $80.41 million bonds Thursday

New York, Sept. 18 - The Industrial Development Authority of Pima County, Ariz., is expected to sell $80.41 million in series 2009A pollution control revenue bonds on Thursday, according to a sales calendar.

The bonds will be sold on a negotiated basis with Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. as the senior manager.

Proceeds from the sale will be used to fund improvements to the Tucson Electric Power Co.'s San Juan electric power project.

The county seat of Pima County is Tucson.
