S&P rates Pima County, Ariz., bonds AA-
Standard & Poor's said it assigned an AA- rating to Pima County, Ariz.'s $100 million of general obligation bonds, series 2008, and affirmed its AA- underlying rating on the county's outstanding G.O. bonds.
S&P also said it affirmed its A+ underlying rating on the county's certificates of participation.
