New Issue: Pima County, Ariz., offers $57.03 million certificates of participation

New York, March 17 – Pima County, Ariz., sold $57,025,000 of series 2015 certificates of participation, said a pricing sheet.
The certificates (/A+/AA-) were sold through lead underwriter RBC Capital Markets LLC.
The COPs are due 2015 to 2018 with 1% to 5% coupons and 0.15% to 1.41% yields.
Proceeds will be used to finance county improvements.
