S&P rates Pima County, Ariz., COPs A+

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an A+ rating to Pima County, Ariz.'s $50 million certificates of participation (COPs), series 2008, and affirmed the AA- underlying rating on the county's outstanding general obligation bonds and A+ underlying rating on the county's COPs.

The outlook is stable.
