S&P affirms PIK Group

S&P said it affirmed its B long-term issuer credit rating on JSC PIK Group.

The outlook is stable.

The agency said the affirmation reflects a view that PIK will maintain its leading position in the Russian real estate development market and its S&P-adjusted debt to EBITDA will remain below 3x as a result of sustained cash collection from pre-sales.
