Pike Electric shareholders OCM, Oaktree Capital cut stake to 6.48%

Charlotte, N.C., Dec. 16 - Pike Electric Corp. investors led by OCM Principal Opportunities Fund IV Delaware GP Inc. and Oaktree Capital Group Holdings, LP reduced their interest in the company to 6.48% from 8.04% with the sale of 519,766 shares.

According to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the shares were sold between Dec. 6 and Dec. 12 at prices from $11.97 to $12.47 each.

Between Oct. 16 and Dec. 5, the investors sold 481,090 Pike Electric shares, a prior SEC filing said.

The investors beneficially own about 2.16 million shares of Pike Electric.

Pike Electric, together with its subsidiaries, provides outsourced electric distribution and transmission services in the United States. The company is located in Mount Airy, N.C.
