Pike Electric shareholders OCM, Oaktree Capital sell more shares, keep 8.04% stake

Charlotte, N.C., Dec. 9 - Pike Electric Corp. investors led by OCM Principal Opportunities Fund IV Delaware GP Inc. and Oaktree Capital Group Holdings, LP sold 481,090 shares between Oct. 16 and Dec. 5 at prices from $11.62 to $12.30 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors beneficially own approximately 2.68 million shares, or 8.04%, of the Mount Airy, N.C.-based company.

Pike Electric, together with its subsidiaries, provides outsourced electric distribution and transmission services in the United States.
