Phillips 66 files automatic shelf covering debt, preferreds and stock

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 5 - Phillips 66 and Phillips 66 Co. jointly filed an automatic shelf registration in an S-3 ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers senior and subordinated debt securities, common stock, preferred stock, warrants, depositary shares, stock purchase contracts and stock purchase units. The debt securities will be guaranteed by Phillips 66 Co.

The securities may be structured as convertibles.

The refinery is based in Houston.
