S&P assigns Phillips 66 notes BBB+

S&P said it assigned its BBB+ issue-level rating to Phillips 66's planned senior unsecured notes.

The rating is the same as S&P’s on Phillips 66’s other senior unsecured notes.

The company will use the proceeds to repay a portion of its 4.3% senior notes due April 2022.
