Phillips 66 to price new senior notes, tap of 3.85% notes due 2025

Los Angeles, June 8 – Phillips 66 is planning to offer additional 3.85% senior notes due 2025 as well as new senior notes, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The add-on notes will form a single series with the $500 million of 3.85% notes due April 9, 2025 issued on April 9.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, MUFG and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. are the joint bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The energy company is based in Houston.
