New Issue: Philippines auctions PHP 25 billion add-on of 3 3/8% bonds due 2020

Norfolk, Va., Nov. 22 – The Philippines Bureau of the Treasury sold PHP 25 billion in an auction of its 3 3/8% bonds due Aug. 20, 2020, for an average yield of 3.977% in a Tuesday reopening, according to a notice.

Competitive bids were tendered for PHP 26.03 billion and accepted for PHP 24.9 billion.

Non-competitive bids were received and accepted for PHP 100 million.

The bonds were sold at an average price of 97.923, with prices ranging from 97 to 98.871.

Total outstanding securities for the series is now PHP 109.7 billion.
