New Issue: Philippines sells PHP 25 billion 3 3/8% bonds due 2020 to yield 3.647%

Norfolk, Va., Feb. 17 – The Philippines Bureau of the Treasury announced that it sold PHP 25 billion in a reopening of its 3 3/8%% bonds due Aug. 20, 2020 for an average yield of 3.647% on Tuesday.

For the offering, competitive bids were tendered for PHP 54.982 billion and accepted for PHP 23.98 billion.

Non-competitive bids were received and accepted for PHP 1.02 billion.

The bonds were sold at an average price of 98.879, with prices ranging from 98.56 to 99.483.
