Philippines files $2.5 billion shelf
New York, July 5 - The Republic of the Philippines filed a $2.5 billion debt securities and warrants shelf with the Securities and Exchange Commission Tuesday.
Included in the Schedule B filing are $47.349 million of securities previously registered but carried forward unsold.
The southeast Asian nation will use proceeds for general purposes, including the support of its budget and repayment of borrowings.
