New Issue: Philippines prices PHP 30 billion 3 7/8% bonds due 2019 to yield 2.997%

New York, Nov. 19 - The Republic of the Philippines auctioned PHP 30 billion of 3 7/8% treasury bonds due 2019 in a reopening on Tuesday, according to a government notice.
The notes priced at an average of 104.791 for an average yield of 2.997%.
Bids were received for PHP 42.78 billion of bonds, PHP 1.3 billion of which was non-competitive.
