Moody's: Philippines view positive

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook on the Government of Philippines' Ba2 rating to positive from stable.

Moody's also changed the outlook on the Ba2 rating for the country's central bank, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, to positive from stable.

The agency said the key drivers for the decision are its expectation of continued trend fiscal and debt consolidation and the enhanced finance-ability of government debt.
