New Issue: Philippines auctions PHP 9 billion bonds due 2017 to yield 5 3/8%

New York, Feb. 1 - The Republic of the Philippines priced PHP 9 billion of treasury bonds due Oct. 28, 2017 at par to yield 5 3/8%, according to a government filing.

The company received overall bids for PHP 10.63 billion of bonds, of which PHP 50 million was non-competitive.

Settlement is slated for Feb. 3.
