Philippines plans dollar- or euro-denominated bond offering

Atlanta, Jan. 4 - The Republic of the Philippines plans to issue a dollar- or euro-denominated offering of bonds that could total as much as $1.5 billion equivalent, according to a market source.
"I'm hearing that the Philippines could print as early as tomorrow," the source said.
Other details of the potential bond offering were not immediately available.
