Philippines files $2 billion debt securities, warrants shelf

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 19 - The Republic of the Philippines filed a $2 billion debt securities and warrants shelf registration in a Schedule B filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The country said proceeds will be used for its general purposes of the republic.
