New Issue: Philippines sells $500 million add on to 6.375% bonds to yield 6.541%

New York, Jan. 29 - The Republic of the Philippines sold a $500 million add on to its 6.375% global bonds (B1/BB-/BB) due 2032 at 98 to yield 6.541%, or a spread of 220.5 basis points over Treasuries.

Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank were the bookrunners for the registered deal.

The total amount of the issue is now $1.5 billion.
