Philippine Long Distance raises PHP 5 billion from three series of notes

Chicago, Feb. 20 - Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co. informed the Philippine Stock Exchange that it signed a PHP 5 billion notes facility agreement for capital expenditure financing.

The company said the coupon is 7.4269% for the PHP 2.39 billion of five-year notes, 8.3692% for the PHP 100 million of seven-year notes and 9.1038% for the PHP 2.51 billion of 10-year notes.

Philippine Long Distance is a telecommunications providers based in Manila.
