New Issue: Thailand’s Phatra sells 500 million baht 2.43% four-year bonds at par

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 27 – Thailand’s Phatra Leasing PCL issued 500 million baht of four-year unsubordinated debentures at par to yield 2.43%, according to a Stock Exchange of Thailand notice.

Shareholders had approved the issuance of up to 10 billion baht of debentures at the annual general meeting held in April 2017. Since then, the company has sold 6.35 billion baht of debentures, leaving a balance of 3.65 billion baht.

Phatra is a vehicle leasing company based in Bangkok.
