Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 15 – Thailand’s Phatra Leasing PCL priced 700 million baht of two-year unsubordinated debentures at par to yield 2.56%, according to a Stock Exchange of Thailand notice.
Shareholders had approved the issuance of up to 5 billion baht of debentures at the annual general meeting held in April 2015. Since then, excluding the current issuance, the company has sold 2.77 billion baht of debentures, leaving a balance of 2.23 billion baht.
Phatra is a vehicle leasing company based in Bangkok.
