New Issue: Thailand’s Phatra Leasing sells 700 million baht 2.63%, 3.05% bonds due 2021, 2023

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 24 – Phatra Leasing PCL said it issued 700 million baht of unsubordinated debentures in two tranches on Wednesday.

The company sold 500,000 five-year series 1 debentures at par of 1,000 baht to yield 2.63% and 200,000 seven-year series 2 debentures at par of 1,000 baht to yield 3.05%.

Phatra is a vehicle leasing company based in Bangkok.
