New Issue: Thailand’s Phatra Leasing sells 450 million baht 3% bonds due 2018

Madison, Wis., April 23 – Phatra Leasing PCL said that it issued 450 million baht of 3½-year unsubordinated debentures on Wednesday.

The company sold 450,000 debentures at par of 1,000 baht to yield 3%.

Phatra is a vehicle leasing company based in Bangkok.
