New Issue: Thailand's Phatra Leasing sells 300 million baht of 4.05% debentures

Madison, Wis., Dec. 19 - Phatra Leasing PCL said that it issued 300 million baht of 21/2-year unsubordinated debentures to institutional investors and high-net-worth investors on Dec. 12.

The company sold 300,000 debentures at par of 1,000 baht to yield 4.05%.

Phatra is a vehicle leasing company based in Bangkok.
