New Issue: Thailand's Phatra Leasing sells 500 million baht of 3.95% debentures

Madison, Wis., Nov. 19 - Phatra Leasing PCL said that it issued 500 million baht of 21/2-year 3.95% unsubordinated debentures to institutional investors on Oct. 24.

The company sold 500,000 debentures at 1,000 baht each.

Phatra is a vehicle leasing company based in Bangkok.
