New Issue: Thailand's Phatra Leasing sells 500 million baht of 3.35% debentures

Milwaukee, March 3 - Phatra Leasing PCL announced that it issued 500 million baht of 3.35% unsubordinated unsecured debentures due 2013 to institutional investors on Feb. 24.

The company sold 500,000 debentures at 1,000 baht each.

Phatra is a vehicle leasing company based in Bangkok.
