PGE Polska on roadshow Sept. 14 week ahead of possible euro notes

Virginia Beach, Sept. 11 – PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna SA is planning to conduct a roadshow beginning on Sept. 14 ahead of a possible euro-denominated senior bond offering, according to a market source.

Citigroup, Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank are arranging the investor meetings.

The notes will be sold via Regulation S only.

PGE Polska is a power company based in Poland.
