Moody's rates Pfizer loan A1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a rating of A1 to the new senior unsecured credit agreement of Pfizer Inc.

The outlook is stable.

Moody's said the rating reflects the company's position as the world's largest pharmaceutical company, its good product and geographic diversity, its high profitability, and its strong cash flow.
