New Issue: Pfizer sells $1 billion 1.75% 10-year notes at Treasuries plus 53 bps

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 16 – Pfizer Inc. priced $1 billion of 1.75% 10-year green senior notes (Baa1/BBB+) on Monday with a spread of Treasuries plus 53 basis points, according to an FWP filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes priced at 99.663 to yield 1.787%.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Barclays, BofA Securities Inc. and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC were the bookrunners.
Proceeds will be used for eligible green projects, including research for global public health emergencies, such as the Covid-19 pandemic.
