Pfizer to sell green senior notes due 2031 via four bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 16 – Pfizer Inc. plans to price green senior notes due 2031, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will feature a make-whole call and then a par call.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for eligible green projects, including research for global public health emergencies, such as the Covid-19 pandemic.

Pfizer is a biopharmaceutical company based in New York.
