P&F Industries investor Steel Partners cuts stake in company to 4%

Chicago, July 17 - P&F Industries, Inc. investor Steel Partners II reduced its holdings in the company to less than 5%, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors sold 20,644 shares at prices from $2.00 to $2.6283 between June 12 and June 30.

The investors now beneficially own 144,564 shares, or 4%, of the company.

P&F is a tools and hardware and accessories company based in Melville, N.Y.
