Cumberland County Municipal Authority, Pa., offers $53 million bonds

New York, Sept. 28 - The Cumberland County Municipal Authority of Pennsylvania plans to price $52,625,000 of series 2012 refunding revenue bonds for the Asbury Pennsylvania Obligated Group, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds will be sold through Ziegler Capital Markets Inc.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to refund the authority's series 2006 adjustable-rate demand revenue bonds.
