Malaysia’s Petronas offers notes due 2032, 2061; price talk emerges

Los Angeles, April 22 – Petroliam Nasional Bhd. (Petronas) plans to price notes in two tranches due 2032 and 2061, according to a market source.

Price talk for the 2032 notes is in the Treasuries plus 135 basis points area, and talk for the 2061 notes is in the Treasuries plus 155 bps area.

BofA, Citigroup, HSBC, Maybank and MUFG are the bookrunners.

Petronas is an oil and gas company based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
