Malaysia’s Petronas applies to list $15 billion note program

New York, March 1 – Petroliam Nasional Bhd. (Petronas) has applied to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd. to list notes that may be issued under the company’s $15 billion global medium-term note program.

The listing is expected to be effective as of March 2, according to a company notice.

The notes will be listed for 12 months after Feb. 26, 2021.

BofA Securities, HSBC, Maybank, Citigroup and MUFG are the arrangers and dealers under the program.

The Kuala Lumpur-based issuer is Malaysia’s state oil company.
