Petroleum Geo-Services delays distribution of excess cash

Chicago, Dec. 1 - Petroleum Geo-Services ASA said it now expects to distribute excess cash under its reorganization plan to its main creditors by the end of the year instead of at the end of November.

The company will disclose the amount of excess cash as soon as verification procedures are complete.
