Petrol AD (Bulgaria) to market euro-denominated bond issue Oct. 9 week

New York, Oct. 4 - Petrol AD (Bulgaria) will start a roadshow during the Oct. 9 week for a euro-denominated offering of five-year bonds (B3//B-), according to a market source.

The Asian leg of the roadshow will take place in Singapore on Tuesday and then move to Manila on Oct. 11.

The European leg will start in Zurich and Geneva on Oct. 13 and move to Frankfurt and Vienna on Oct. 16, Paris on Oct. 17 and finally wrap up in London on Oct. 18.

ING is the bookrunner for the Regulation S transaction.

Sofia, Bulgaria-based Petro AD is a fuel distributor in Bulgaria.
