Brazil’s Petrobras plans to issue 100-year dollar-denominated notes

Atlanta, June 1 – Petroleo Brasileiro SA (Petrobras) is looking to issue dollar-denominated notes due in 2115 through Petrobras Global Finance BV, according to a company filing.

Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan are the bookrunners for the Securities and Exchange Commission-registered deal.

The notes will include a make-whole call.

The energy company is based in Rio de Janeiro.
