S&P downgrades Petrobras

Standard & Poor's said it lowered the corporate credit rating on Petróleo Brasileiro SA to BBB-.

The outlook is stable.

"The downgrade was triggered by the tighter credit measures we are forecasting for the next five years as Petrobras implements its sizable investment plan," S&P analyst Marcelo Costa said in a statement.
