Moody's ups Petrobras to Ba1

Moody's Investors Service said it upgraded the foreign-currency corporate family rating of Brazil-based Petroleo Brasileiro SA ("Petrobras") to Ba1 from Ba2 following the agency's upgrade of Brazil's foreign-currency country ceiling to Ba1 from Ba2. The rating remains constrained by the foreign-currency country ceiling.
