Peru's Pesquera Exalmar taps two bookrunners for notes, roadshow

Atlanta, Jan. 17 - Peru's Pesquera Exalmar SAA has mandated Citigroup and Santander for a roadshow to market an offering of notes from Jan. 21 to Jan. 23, a market source said Thursday.

The marketing trip will begin in Zurich and Geneva and travel to Los Angeles and London before wrapping up in Boston and New York.

A Rule 144A and Regulation S deal is expected to follow.

Exalmar is a fish processor based in Lima.
