New Issue: Peru's Pesquera Exalmar sells $2 million short-term notes

Pittsburgh, Feb. 3 - Pesquera Exalmar SA said it issued $1.025 million of its 3.45% series A short-term notes and $975,000 of its 3.7% series B short-term notes.

The San Isidro, Peru, company will issue $2.475 million of the series A notes and $5.025 million of the series B notes.

The series A notes carry a term of 90 days and the series B notes have a 120-day term.

Pesquera Exalmar said it had $2.475 million of demand for the series A notes and $5.025 million for the series B notes.
