New Issue: Peru's Pesquera Exalmar sells $2 million series 1 short-term notes to yield 5.3740%

Pittsburgh, Sept. 6 - Pesquera Exalmar SA made the fourth issue under its first program of series 1 short-term notes, selling $2 million of the notes to yield 5.3740%, according to a company news release.

The total demand for the notes was $6.04 million.

Pesquera Exalmar is a San Isidro, Peru, fish company.
