Peru plans to issue sol-denominated cash sovereign bonds

Los Angeles, Nov. 21 – The Republic of Peru said it plans to issue one or more series of new sol-denominated bonos soberanos, or cash sovereign bonds.

Peru also announced on Thursday two separate tender offers for its existing bonds. The tender offers are conditioned on completion of the Rule 144A and Regulation S new bond issuance.
