Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 30 – The Republic of Peru priced S/10.35 billion of 5.94% bonos soberanos due 2029, according to a notice.
About S/4,437,859,000 of those bonos soberanos are expected to be allocated to holders who tendered their bonds in a one-day tender offer on Thursday and who submitted orders to receive new bonds.
The new bonds were offered only to qualified institutional buyers under Rule 144A and to non-U.S. persons under Regulation S.
